- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tablespoon agave nectar
- 2/3 cup corn kernels
- Avocado (for garnish)
- Combine all ingredients except the avocado in a saucepan and simmer until thick (about 10 minutes), stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and garnish with the avocado, if desired.
