Try these addictive pear bites either for a snack or dessert! Any nut butter will work, but we particularly like the combination of pears and almond butter.
- 1 ripe pear
- 2 tablespoons almond butter
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- Shredded coconut
- Slice the pear into wedges, and divide the wedges evenly among two plates.
- Drizzle each plate with 1 tablespoon of the almond butter and 1 teaspoon maple syrup.
- Sprinkle with shredded coconut to taste.
