These veggies are super simple to grill up, even if you’re a grilling novice!
Ingredients:
- 1 head broccoli, cut into florets
- 1 yellow summer squash, sliced
- 3 tomatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 red onion, sliced
- 1/2 cup Italian dressing
- To start, wrap all the vegetables in aluminum foil to form packets. Grill for 7 minutes, or to desired tenderness.
- Arrange the vegetables on a platter and drizzle with the dressing just before serving.
