- 4 tomatoes
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Finely chop the tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion, and place in a large bowl.
