Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup firm tofu
- 1/2 ripe avocado, mashed
- 1/4 teaspoon low-sodium soy sauce
- Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and mash with a fork until desired consistency is reached.
Toddlers might enjoy this best spread on whole wheat toast. My baby prefers to pick up big handfuls of it plain!
