Mixed Fruit Yogurt Smoothie

An unexpected mix of fruits means that kids will drink up nearly their full rainbow of vitamins in one glass!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped cantaloupe
  • 1 cup frozen chopped pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 cup vanilla almond milk
  • 1 cup vanilla non-dairy yogurt
  • 1 cup apple juice
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth.
